Most clients start with one and move to another. There is no minimum commitment to begin, and nothing here obliges you to take the next step.
Model 01
Defined project
You know what you need: a new template, a form integration, a specific list of accessibility fixes. We scope it once, quote it once, and deliver it.
What it includes
- Fixed price, agreed before work starts
- Fixed timeline with a named delivery date
- A written scope listing what is and is not included
- If we get the estimate wrong, that is our problem, not a change order
What you get: A defined deliverable, delivered to scope for a fixed price.
Model 02
Full build or redesign
Your site or application needs rebuilding rather than patching. Discovery through launch, with sign-off at each stage so you are never asked to approve everything at once.
What it includes
- The full five-stage process, from discovery to launch
- Staged sign-off, with a staging URL from the first week
- Content migration and redirects for every retired URL
- A conformance report and performance measurements at handover
What you get: A rebuilt site delivered in stages, with conformance and performance evidence.
Model 03
Support retainer
Monthly hours covering maintenance, enhancements, and someone who already knows your codebase when something breaks at four in the afternoon.
What it includes
- An agreed block of hours each month, rolled over within the quarter
- Monitoring, patching and backup verification included
- Written response and resolution targets
- A monthly report you can actually read
What you get: Ongoing maintenance and improvements, backed by written targets and reporting.
Whichever you choose
What we put in writing.
We are a new company, so we do not ask you to take our track record on faith. We put the terms in the contract instead.
- Conformance guarantee If what we deliver does not meet the WCAG criteria we agreed, we fix it at no charge.
- One business day Every enquiry gets a reply within one business day, in writing.
- You own everything Code, content, domains and hosting are yours. No proprietary builder, no licence you keep paying for.
- Fixed scope means fixed price A defined project is quoted once. Estimating is our risk to carry, not yours.
